Teewah Beach Trip

19th - 20th August

We left Gailes 6.30am and were set up by lunchtime. Had a quiet afternoon, collecting bait and fishing. Happy hour at 3.30pm with a nice warm fire. We were surprised by our own show of fireworks and some stupid driving by some of the other beach goers.

Sunday we went for a trip up the beach along the Leisha Track and then round the rocks into Rainbow. Returned to Teewah via Kings Bore Road for lunch, some even had a "nanny nap" before packing up and a leisurely drive down the beach and home.

Even though this trip was somewhat short notice everyone who came had a good time and we even caught some fish we didn't have to throw back. A big thankyou to Mario
