What a great night. As you can see there was quite a crowd of us.
By 6.30pm most people had arrived. We formed teams and took to the green. Some of the members from North Ipswich Bowl’s club explained the basics of the game to those who did not know. Even though none of the games were high scoring everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.

The winning team for the night was the Birdsville Racers – Glenn, Kaye, John and Elaine, with the runners up being Mel, Brett, Lee and Miki. Well done everyone.

The bowls club held a raffle – 1st prize was $10 and 2nd – 4th prizes ware $5 (each prize came with a kiss from Mavis). Mavis? Yet again Mavis was the life of the party.
